船橋のデザインマンホール蓋(Design Manhole Cover in Funabashi)

かつて、江戸湾を航行していた五大力船という廻船を表現しています、また右側にはサザンカの花が見られます。

This Design represent Sailing cargo vessels called "Godairikisen" which were used to sail in Edo bay(old name for Tokyo bay), and you can see sasanqua flowers on the right part of the design.

赤い欄干(Red Railings)

小さな運河に架かる浜町橋という橋の上で撮影しました。
その赤い欄干には地元の祭りを表現したレリーフがあります。

I took this photo on a bridge named Hamacho-bashi which is over a small canal.
There are reliefs which represent a local festival on the red railings.
